TOTAL BODY CARDIO
A one-hour, fast paced class designed for beginners, yet easily modified for more advanced fitness levels. Lots of movement, lots of music, lots of sweat. Walk-ins welcome! Ages 12+
Have a little one? No problem. Child supervision is available for ages 3 and up! $5 for first child, $2/additional.
*Grip socks required.
