RULES AND SAFETY
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Launch Pad takes safety extremely seriously. Our court monitors are in place to ensure everyone in the facility is having fun, and being safe doing it. In addition to the guest responsibilities outlined below, a set of court rules will be described to you by our monitors upon completion of the check-in process.
Everyone that enters the Launch Pad court must have completed and signed a valid Launch Pad waiver. Those under 18 must have it completed and signed by their parent, legal guardian, or someone with power of attorney.
PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION, JUMPERS AND ACCOMPANYING ADULTS ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT:
ALL WAIVERS ARE PROPERLY EXECUTED.
EVERYONE HAS VIEWED THE LAUNCH PAD RULES VIDEO.
EVERYONE HAS LISTENED TO THE LAUNCH PAD RULES SPEECH.
EVERYONE HAD READ THE SIGNS POSTED AT EACH TRAMPOLINE COURT.
EVERYONE MUST HAVE VALID JUMP TIME BEFORE ENTERING ANY COURT.
Be aware of those around you. It is your responsibility to avoid others.
Maintain age/size separation at all times.
Jumpers and accompanying adults assume full responsibility for their actions and conduct.
Jumpers and accompanying adults must follow all park rules and the Court Monitor’s instructions at all times.
Feet first and knees apart when jumping in the Foam Zone pit.
FUNDAMENTALS
MASTER THE FUNDAMENTALS OF SINGLE TRAMPOLINE JUMPING BEFORE MOVING ON TO MORE ADVANCED MANEUVERS SUCH AS TRAMPOLINE-TO-TRAMPOLINE JUMPING AND AERIAL TYPE SKILLS, WHICH INCREASE THE RISK OF INJURY.
Jump in control.
Bend your knees to stop your bounce.
Bounce in the center of the trampoline.
COURT RULES
ALWAYS…
…remove street shoes / wear grip socks.
…empty your pockets entirely.
…maintain one person per square.
…walk onto and off the courts.
…be in control of your body at all times.
…master the fundamentals of single trampoline jumping before moving onto more advanced skills, such as aerial or flipping type skills.
…perform at your own risk. Flips and other tricks can be dangerous.
…land on the first trampoline next to the trampoline wall you bounced off of, when bouncing and flipping off trampoline side walls.
…be aware of those around you and jump with people that are of similar age/size.
…follow all park rules and the Court Monitor’s instructions.
DO NOT…
…land on your head or neck.
…double bounce or affect another jumper’s bounce in any way.
…attempt any skill or activity outside of your personal limitations, abilities, or skill level.
…double flip, and do not flip over the pads. Single flips are permitted.
…do more than two single flips in a row.
…jump if you have health limitations, are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or if you are pregnant.
…have anything in your mouth (gum, candy, etc.).
…sit or lie on the court. If you are tired and need to rest, you must exit the court.
…push, tackle, run on flat surfaces, race, or engage in horseplay of any kind.
…touch any perimeter netting or top pads.
…throw balls at another jumper’s head or neck area.
…wear wet clothes or body paint.
…JUMP IF A COURT MONITOR IS NOT PRESENT.
WARNING
IMPACT, FLIPPING, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS OR FATAL HEAD INJURY, PARALYSIS, FRACTURE, AND SERIOUS INJURY.
DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY SKILL OR ACTIVITY OUTSIDE YOUR OWN LIMITATIONS, ABILITIES, OR SKILL LEVEL.
TRAMPOLINE USE INVOLVES INHERENT RISK. PARTICIPATE WITH EXTREME CAUTION AND AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Activities and Dodgeball games may involve individuals of different sizes, ages, and abilities.
