Do I have to purchase online?

Nope! We welcome walk-ins. However,  we do recommend purchasing online to guarantee your spot in our system in case of a busy day.

Do I need to purchase a ticket if I’m just watching?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! We only ask that tickets are purchased for those jumping. We do require that everyone in our facility fills a waiver out.

Are there age restrictions?

Open Jump is for ages 3 with a guardian or 4+. We have special times for ages 2-5 called Little Launchers.

Are socks required to jump?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We sell special Launch Pad grip socks in the park as both a safety and cleanliness measure. And you get to keep them after! Because who wants to put on used socks, anyways?

Do you sell food & drinks?

Yes! We have a variety of food, snacks and drinks available for purchase in case you need to refuel in between backflips or after soaring into the foam pit.

Unfortunately, we do not. We do offer cubbies to store your belongings. We suggest that you leave anything valuable in your vehicle.

Nope- We are able to look your booking up with your name or phone number
