All About Group Events at Launch Pad
Capacity- We can cater to groups as large as 200. However, a maximum of 80 participants can be on the trampolines at once. For larger groups over 80 our staff will divide groups up into "stations".
Available Times- We can host large group trirps on Monday's at 8 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM, 2PM, or 4PM, Tuesday's 8 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM, Wednesday 8 AM 10 AM & 12PM. *Hours subject to change
Food Options- Field trips may bring lunches for students and eat at the park or order lunch through us. Our lunch options are $5/person and include 2 slices of pizza, a bag of chips and a bottle of water. Guests would be provided time during the last 30 minutes of the 2 or 3 hour trip.
Add Ons- You have the option to allow students/guests to bring their own money to purchase food at the snack bar or purchase arcade tokens. We can also add discounted arcade tokens to your booking. *Please inform us during booking if you would like the snack bar to be open during your trip.
Lighting/Music- You have the option to create your own Spotify playlist and share it with us to play during your trip. You also have the option to make it a GLOW trip. Please inform us at the time of booking
Additional Participants- Siblings, parents, or chaperones may attend your trip even if you are not paying for them. Participants would be charged $20/ea upon arrival to the park and can participate with your group.
Waivers- For large groups we ask that you DO NOT have guests fill out waivers online. A member of management will get in contact with you after booking and email you an invoice & a PDF copy of our liability waivers. Please print & send a waiver home with each child to be signed by a parent/guardian and returned to you. Waivers can be collected and brought the day of your trip. ** If a child does not have a waiver filled out he will not be able to participate.
Payment- We will send you an invoice with your total amount due. This must be paid the day of your trip with cash, check addressed to Launch Pad, or any major credit card. We do not collect a deposit at the time of booking for events.
