** Food orders for your party are due by noon on the Wednesday BEFORE your party. We can not accept orders after 12:00 on Wednsdays. **

COMPLETE YOUR LIABILITY WAIVERS
Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in. Remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by their own parent/legal guardian.
FINALIZE DETAILS
You will receive a call from us the week before your party. We will go over details of your party with you and add on any food or additional jumpers if needed. Please have all of this information ready if you didn't add it at the time of booking.

Guest Arrival
After your party has been booked you will be sent an email with your receipt and additional information.
The Week Before Your Party
Our Event Team will reach out to you via phone the week before your party. This will be your opportunity to add on extra jumpers, select your food and drinks, ask any last minute questions, and update the guest list. **Orders for food must be placed by the Wednesday before your party
The Day of Your Party
Party parents, the Guest of Honor, and other Party Guests should arrive between 5-10 minutes prior to the event start time. The address is 22 Rousch Dr, Westover, WV 26501.
This will allow everyone to check-in. When you arrive at Launch Pad, head to the front desk, and you will be shown to your party room. Before the start of your party you will meet your party host who will go over your party details and get everyone checked in as they arrive.
Party Ending
Upon guest arrival they will be shown to your party room. Once they arrive a host will check them in and they will receive Launch Pad socks if needed. They will receive wristbands indicating they are with your event, and can place shoes and socks in the party room. If they need a waiver completed there are kiosks in each party rooom
Time to Jump!
When it’s time to jump, your Party Host will review safety reminders before releasing party Guests to the courts and attractions to play.
He/She will check-in with you periodically, and will let you know next steps before separating from the group to set-up the party room.
Party Room Time
When the first hour of jump time is over, there will be an announcement on the overhead speaker system for your party guests to return to the party room. Once gathered it's time to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve pizza, drinks and cake!
Towards the end of your party your host will give you a 10-15 minute reminder. Let us know any way we can assist you. Please don't worry about any clean up, we handle it all!
**All parties must be out by their end time. Upon leaving please stop at the front desk to pay the remaining balance on your party.
