** Food orders for your party are due by noon on the Wednesday BEFORE your party. We can not accept orders after 12:00 on Wednsdays. **

Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in. Remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by their own parent/legal guardian.

You will receive a call from us the week before your party. We will go over details of your party with you and add on any food or additional jumpers if needed. Please have all of this information ready if you didn't add it at the time of booking.
After your party has been booked you will be sent an email with your receipt and additional information.
Our Event Team will reach out to you via phone the week before your party. This will be your opportunity to add on extra jumpers, select your food and drinks, ask any last minute questions, and update the guest list. **Orders for food must be placed by the Wednesday before your party
Upon guest arrival they will be shown to your party room. Once they arrive a host will check them in and they will receive Launch Pad socks if needed. They will receive wristbands indicating they are with your event, and can place shoes and socks in the party room. If they need a waiver completed there are kiosks in each party rooom

Our Mega Fun Party Favors come pre packaged and set out with your party with what is pictured. You can easily add them on during the booking process or during your follow up phone call.
